The swim cap took on more water than the Titanic. I turned it inside out and laid it on the side of my tub to dry. The black lining badly stained the tub. I tried to call the number listed, someone with a heavy accent answered, claimed they could not hear me, hung up and never answered follow up calls. I really wanted to support this company and had hopes for the product based on the ads. Until they improve customer service, listen to feedback and fix problems with the product, I cannot recommend this swim cap.

Cheap and to many hoops to jump through when returning a product! Also they charge over $7 for the return. Look elsewhere.

Never received my order after purchasing it a month ago and paying 30 dollars for (fast) international delivery. Customer service gave me a tracking number that DHL says does not exist. Do they fabricate a fake tracking document to con international customers? It certainly looks like it: a con The worst customer experience I have ever experienced!

Shockingly poor customer service. Will not buy from them again.

customer service is horrendous. I expedited an order, received a confirmation email and a shipping notification and no product. I have contacted customer service via email, phone, chat, and no follow up.

I wore my cap once the black strap in back bled onto my pink cap after 1 wear and handwash. Just terrible

I ordered from hairbrella a couple of months ago and I have not received the product yet. I have emailed them and have not heard back. Very disappointing.

Product not as expected but UNABLE TO RETURN it. No returns address provided so I emailed Hairbrellla requesting an address They responded requesting information on my order so that a returns label could be sent & then absolutely nothing I have emailed the company repeatedly trying several different addresses. Nothing! Just ignored. I have never come across such appalling service. Unless you are 100% certain you are going to keep the product DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIRBRELLA.
