I received a defective product. The plastic clasp on the bathing cap broke off the first time I tried it on. I have been trying to reach their customer service by phone and by chat for the last week to no avail. Their customer service is beyond terrible.

Company states it was shipped & delivered, I never received it. They charged me for shipping insurance yet I still told them I wanted a refund. I have no trust in this company and their customer service is horrible. Now they send me a message it's being shipped. I DON'T WANT IT, why can't they READ? Done - complaints filed everywhere and I want my money back.

I ordered a bucket package which included several items. I received only the jacket. I followed up and received an email stating the order was incomplete and the remains items would be sent. Then another email refusing to send the outstanding items. Follow up multiple times to company ignored. Total bait and switch advertising. Very unethical company.

Ordered Dec 4 for Christmas presents. Can’t cancel, order shows as delayed to Dec 30. I’m stuck, and the company has no solution, but they have my money. I ordered 6 units, a hair wrap and sleep caps. This review might help with a refund, but it doesn’t help with Christmas, and I’d advise avoiding them until they have a better fulfillment process. I see that people who ordered after I did received their orders.

Have yet to receive my order. I have emailed 3 times and received one response. Ordered 2 scarves as a Xmas gift on December 1. Here I sit, on 12/23 with no product, no response and am out my money. Absolutely disappointed. I support B.O.Bs, but when stuff like this happens, it infuriates me. Do better Hairbrella.

Ordered 4 XL bundle sets, the implied size in the description is what captures your decision to make the purchase. However upon arrival of purchased products, it is all FALSE. Such a disappointment. How about now, no one in customer service is being of assistance. All These purchased items cant be used and no one is responding to any emails sent, yes more than 2 have been sent. We want ALL of our MONEY RETURN to the credit card used to make the disapointing purchase, including shipping and handling.
