I have been in contact with this vendor for weeks trying to get my refund. It took ages to get a return shipping label, now they have the items back (since Monday) yet I still do not have my refund. Horrible customer service, I would never buy from them again.

I want to say if you can get their products it is amazing! Unfortunately customer service is awful! They run promotions on products that they don't have in stock. They do not get back to their customers in a timely manner although their website say they will respond in 72 hrs. Come on.... you all have to do better as a black owned business. We want to support you but this is no way to do business. Some of us don't want to deal with the foolery. Maybe slow down and revamp your system. I won't attempt to buy again until they straighten up!!

You can order online, products reviews show it's coming/happiness - everything is on backorder and you can't get the product. They don't tell you. You also can't get a refund when they are 3 weeks past delivery date because "it's in process." I'm pretty sure they are a scam site.

My ordered was supposed to be delivered 5/27-5/28 and I have not received anything. No confirmation email to say anything was sent. I sent an email and no response. I will not order from them again.

It's a nightmare. I'm seriously thinking that this company is a scam. My order was supposed to arrive between 05/23-05/27, which was stated in my confirmation email. Yet I haven't received an email that they ever shipped it. Today is 05/30. I sent them 3 emails and left a voice mail. Nobody contacted me back.

If you have any thoughts you might return the swim cap, think again. They will put you through the wringer trying to return it. Take a photo, keep sending you emails but no email about how to return it. Very, very frustrating. I say, buyer beware. UPDATE: 6/11/25 after finally responding to my numerous emails about my return, they still haven't issued a credit for my return. But not to worry, I have already disputed it with AMEX. Already credited from AMEX.

Unfortunately the swim cap does NOT keep your hair dry AT ALL and the return process is VERY VERY difficult. In fact, they are trying to charge me 7.50 return fee for a defective product. Disappointing.

Aside from their swimcap, the sizes for everything are too small. It is like they used the least amount of material possible. Additionally, I returned the products, it was lost in transit, which seems to be a ongoing issues, customer service just told me to contact the carrier but I no longer have the tracking number, can't access the label link any longer and now I don't have products. Customer service is pleasant in their communication but not actually helpful. If you are unsure of if you want to keep this product, I'd recommend getting it from Amazon or some other reputable company because Hairbrella seems to be experiencing some shipping/customer resolution issues.
