I purchased a swim cap for my daughter but it was too small. I reached out 4 times and all I got was an automated response they will respond in 48 hours. 14 days later and still no response. I feel like someone held me at gunpoint and robbed me. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I don’t know about the other products but the swim caps are a complete waste of money. Might as well not put anything on your head. They should stop selling these. They know that it doesn’t work and yet keep taking our money

Received half of my order. I initially received my sun hat at the end of May and later received a notification that my swim cap had arrived, but the tracking details provided by the company were for the sun cap received in May. I have tried reaching out for a month now with zero communication from the company, except an automatic email response about how a response may take up to 72 hours. I have sent 5 emails and an Instagram message. While the sun hat was nice enough, the lack of communication for an item I spent my money on, but have yet to receive is not worth the trouble or the potential loss of funds.

I ordered a swim cap directly from Hairbrella. I followed the directions perfectly but it still leaked. My hair was soaked. I iniated a return and had to submit a photo. I received an email that the return would be processed in 2 business days. 5 days later a sent a follow up email and got an automatic reply that due to higher than normal volume it would be 72 hour response. Another week later I sent an email to another customer service email and got the same response. It is now past the return window and I am stuck with a terrible product. Do not buy this product, terrible customer service.

The hat I bought was too large and asked for a refund. They wanted me to send a picture of the hat which I did and they were going to send a QR code for the refund. The only response is an automated one saying they will be in touch within 72 hours. That was three weeks ago! Plus their customer service phone number doesn’t work. Buyer beware!

The shower cap seem ok, but the customer service is awful!! Beware if you need to exchange or return to this company. I ordered a small swim cap and realized I needed a medium. I emailed the company the company and they said my return was under review and they would send a follow up email with instructions once the exchange was approved. Never got the follow up email. I emailed them several times and finally got a response after a week and a half. the email was not addressing my exchange, so I called. Got a recording saying they were busy and will call me back. Never called back. Sent 4 follow up emails and no response! This company does not care about customer satisfaction!! Please do yourself a favor and don't purchase from them!!

They do not work at all. My hair and my daughters hair were completely wet, and I had mine tight, followed the tutorials. The caps are also very large in size. Also, they do not post all of the reviews on their actually site! This is my 2nd review, and clearly they refused to post my reviews on their site But that's okay because I will also post this on trustpilot review site so this might help someone. It's misleading to have all of these so called positive reviews on their site and I had to find out the hard way. I really wanted these to work so bad. SMH I would say much more bc I did also have some issues with them. But its pointless. People just use your better judgement with the swim caps. Save your money. It's not worth the price. Maybe if they were like $10 I wouldn't be as mad but damn near $50 and more. They robbing us and selling a trash cheaply made product.

Ordered about 3 weeks ago and paid for ground advantage shipping. The order never shipped and they have ignored all 5 of my outreach attempts. Do not order from this company; it’s not worth the headache.
