Placed an order on December 2, 2025; it was supposed to arrive by December 9, 2025. I was first told my items were on back order and that I was getting expedited shipping at no additional cost. I still had not received by December 14, 2025, so I reached back out to them and I was told the back order had just came in ad i item was shipping that day. The game me a tracking number and as on December 20, 2025 i had still not received. At this point I was told they would ship overnight and I would have by December 23, 2025. As I look at my original order and the re- order I was told I was getting , i realized they never attempted to send a new order with overnight shipping, as my initial order and the supposedly re-orders had the same tracking number. I will be disputing with my credit card company. These hats were supposed to be my Christmas stocking gifts, now I have to try to find new gifts.

The customer service and communication is great however the product is just like other swim caps. After use my daughter hair still gets wet just same when we used the swim caps for £5

The original hairbrella swim cap did not work at all. I tried to wear it two different ways (ears in, ears out). I tried to swim laps with a pair of goggles. My hair got totally wet, and even the inside of the swim cap gets soaked. The second time, I tightened it so much it hurt. It reduced my swimming efficiency as well. It is all scam/hype. I was so hopeful ! What works better is just wetting my hair first (to prevent chlorine from being absorbed) and then wearing a regular silicone swim cap by one of the major swimwear companies.

I purchased in total 4 swim caps within a day apart I purchased 2 kid size and 2 Classic to see which ones would work best? Now mind you the kid size was a little tight around my head. I called customer service and I left a message no one ever returned my call. I called them back about a week later and actually spoke with someone. He said he would send a return label which was non existent. Call number 3 I spoke to the same person I was not getting off the phone without a return label at that point. He immediately sent me a replacement label and I had to let him know I was returning not replacing the caps.,they are so really against giving you back your money. So I sent the caps with a return label that he resent and they sent me more caps. Now I am furious because I am more inconvenienced because I have to call again go through the same process with the label AGAIN. they told me that they will make it right for me to keep the caps and they will take care of the rest. Ok I wanted confirmation if that’s what they were stating in the email? They turned around and contradicted themselves and told me to send the caps back and I would get a refund. Ok I did that two weeks passed I had to call back ask for my refund. They should have waived the restocking fee because it was their error each time. The swim caps are overpriced and overrated. I am a swimmer and my hair is always getting wet. They don’t work. I know they say if air can’t get out water won’t get in. Lies I’ve tried everything with those swim caps they don’t work. Now they have dport caps which are a little smaller, I would like to give it a shot but don’t want to waste any more money. My grandma used to say if you don’t want to be ripped off do not patronize bulk people products I listened until now. My bad. Finally yesterday September 25, I got a refund and it was at a discount price. I’m done. My caps are now just in a drawer taking up space. I’m telling you if you are thinking about buying Hairbrella anything! Think twice!!! My bottom line about Hairbrella is that the swim caps do not keep your hair dry and I am very disappointed. Now they have the Sport caps that will probably work better for me but I don’t want to waste any more money. The address they have on file for my order was my sisters address. Darlene Powell. Do not waste your time or $7.25. The products I received were faulty, and I was charged a $7.25 restocking fee upon return, which seems to indicate signs of financial struggle. I had to send multiple emails and speak to different agents before I was finally granted a refund. After being told that my refund would be processed within 3-5 days after they received the returned items, I still had to reach out three weeks later to check on the status of my refund. This experience has made me hesitant about supporting various businesses. I considered contacting my financial institution regarding the restocking fee charge, but I realize that you cannot put a price on peace of mind. I hope their establishment continues to find the success they deserve!

Buyer beware this is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with and today is my 61st birthday. There’s only one representative job. He repeatedly tells you lies as if he’s reading a script in regards to your refund. I will never support this company again I’m not sure if the owner understands or knows what type of feedback that she or he is receiving I did ask for a direct conversation with the owner. The representative say he would send my information over. I don’t believe him because this is the same and only person that always answers the phone that tells you lies regarding your refund that I had to call three times For a refund for items I purchase and as a courtesy, I return one item then purchase something in a larger size to support this company I will never I will never ever support this company again and I will tell everyone to run run run run. Save your money because you have to fight too hard to get it back from them. I return something that was received to this company on 15 August Postmark delivered to them by the post office on the 15th today is September 12 I still do not have my refund run and fast.

The shipping was a mess. This was my first order and my last. Not due to the shipping error in itself but due to the customer service. It took almost 2 weeks to get my order, I monitored the tracking and noticed it went to Louisiana and Texas twice so I reached out to customer service who apologized for the delay and assured me it is coming. Well I received it within the next day or two just to realize the order was wrong (after waiting so long)!!! I had purchased 2 scrub hats (one with a face shield), as well as a mystery item. What I received was one scrub hat and 2 face shields. I called customer service and also sent in pictures of the items I received and requested the correct items be sent to me. The young lady over the phone was nice, apologized for the delay in shipping and wrong order and guaranteed me that they were priority shipping my missing items overnight. That was a lie. Two days later I reached back out about my order and was then told how sorry they were and that they would now mark my items priority and I should receive priority in 3 - 5 days and told this was much quicker than their normal 7 - 10 days. Well 7 days from the missing items my replacement order showed up and still the order was not correct. I never received the hat with the button to attach the face shield so now I have no way to use the face shield. I did not bother to reach back out a 3rd time to customer service as it proved to be useless the first two times! Lets see if my honest review gets removed from here like it did from their IG.

Ordered 2 swimcaps. One of them was too small and I requested a refund. The hoops and hurdles I have had to jump are unbelievable. I understand that they are a small business but a return should not take MONTHS. If you cannot handle the business of shipping and returns then why are you in business? Never ordering from this company again.
