I live in Türkiye, and while making an online purchase I entered my card details just 25 minutes ago, but it turned out to be a scam. They charged me 115.69 USD without my authorization—I neither purchased nor received anything. I immediately contacted my bank to block my credit card and also reported the matter to the national security police, providing them with all details regarding Hablax. This company is a scam, and if they attempt to charge me, I will forward all relevant information to my brother, who is a lawyer, and take legal action to recover the full amount with interest.

Hello Fatma, We are truly sorry to read your message and understand your concern. Please allow us to clarify that Hablax does not perform unauthorized charges under any circumstances. Every transaction on our platform requires the customer’s action and verification, and if the system flags irregularities, we request additional authentication. Unfortunately, there are cases of unauthorized card usage attempted by third parties. That is why our system always requests verification. If authentication is not completed, we do not deliver the product and the payment is returned. In cases where the card is already blocked, we can only process the refund once the chargeback notification is received from the bank. We would be glad to review your case directly. Please contact us at [email protected] with the details of the transaction so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. We take great care of each of our customers and are committed to resolving any issue in a transparent manner.

Paying easy, refund actually not possible. Buying a Gift card>Register to that Seite they buyed it>link to an offline Website... 😡

Hello Mr. Mister, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’d like to clarify a couple of important points: *If you made your purchase through an Apple device, the redirection to an external link happens due to Apple’s policies on in-app purchases. In those cases, our app redirects to our official platform, clearly identified as Hablax (www.hablax.com). *Regarding refunds: whenever a customer requests one and the product has not yet been delivered, we always process it. In some cases, the refund may be rejected by the bank if the card has been blocked; in those situations, we manage the chargeback once we receive it. The only cases where a refund cannot be processed are when the product has already been successfully delivered or redeemed by our provider. We want to emphasize that we never keep a customer’s money without delivering the service or processing a refund. If you’d like us to review your specific case, please contact us at [email protected] with your order ID so we can assist you directly.
