The assistance from their chat site was fast and SEEMED to be very helpful. Payment made and all shows pament received, with a ppaid invoice, but then have to wait for them to send my item, according to them more than 24 hours, unacceptably long waiting period, if it even does arrive after 24 hours of waiting.

Found them through a random Google search because my normal site i use for purchasing South African digital vouchers was giving me trouble with paypal as a payment method. I was surprised by the verification process in order to have your purchase approved and was quite skeptical about it. Nonetheless I proceeded with their request and almost immediately I received my purchase. I shall be using the service again.

On October 3rd, Hablax customer support sent me an email confirming that my refund for transaction SF-6912241790864593 was successfully processed and would take 7 to 10 business days to reach my account. The promised timeframe has now passed, and my bank confirms that no refund has been received or is pending. Furthermore, the support team has completely stopped replying to my emails. I expect immediate action to process my refund or provide a clear update. Please resolve this issue promptly.
