it's a scam - avoid. I got a giftcard and you can never redeem it. They send you to redeemnow website, which is a scam website, that has no customer service. They also can't back their product, and either refund or fix the card. they asked for evidence, photo, video, and i provided everything, even called them - and still they had to "investigate" - 1 month later, 2 months later, no response. Contact customer service and nothing. basically it's a lost cause - so if I can save someone from getting scammed, I'll be happy! I got this card in October of 2025 and right now in May of 2026, still can't redeem or use my giftcard!

Fast and well

So i bout a kfc gift card from them for $24. It has been 7 hours and i haven’t received the code to redeem. I send them an email, they respond that i should send them the email i got from paypal as confirmation, i do that then they say i’ll get the code in a few minutes. It has been over 12 hours still no code was sent to me. These people took my money, don’t trust them at all.
