HabitONEWe kept everything you love about café-quality coffee - bold flavor, mood-boosting ritual, clean energy - and ditched the crash, jitters, and gut drama. Then we layered in research-backed doses of Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Reishi mushrooms plus nootropics (L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, Rhodiola Rosea) for laser focus, calm clarity, immune support, and built-in stress resilience. Same habit, way more upside.

Not great taste. Also, in their email, they have a frowny face, a neutral face, and a smiley face. If you click the :-( it takes you to feedback that goes directly to the company. If you click the :-) it brings you to this trust pilot review. Knowing that they are screening out their negative reviews makes sense because I don’t read it very highly and I was surprised after reading all of the good reviews.

Hi Camille, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we genuinely appreciate it, even when it’s not what we hoped to hear. We’re sorry to know the taste wasn’t to your liking. Taste is very personal, and we understand that our product isn’t going to be the perfect fit for everyone. Regarding your concern about review screening: we want to be completely transparent here. The smiley/frowny face icons in our emails are simply a quick satisfaction check built into our post-purchase flow — they are not used to filter or suppress negative reviews. The frowny face directs customers to our support team so we can personally address any issues, while the smiley face links to Trustpilot to make it easy for happy customers to leave a review. This is a common practice to ensure customers who need help get it quickly, and it is in no way intended to hide critical feedback. As you can see, your review is right here and we welcome it. We’re sorry we didn’t hit the mark for you, and we hope you’ll give us another chance in the future. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team directly.

The package arrived on time. Once I made that first cup, something exciting happened to my stomach. This is a game-changer for my daily routine. I have a cup in the morning and one cup before bed. I am enjoying the experience. And I like it hot.

I like that it came with a scoop. I like that you don't have to put more stuff in the coffee. It's not too strong.
Response from HabitONEMay 3, 2026
Thank you for the great feedback, Lis! We're so happy you noticed the scoop — we included it to make your morning routine as simple and seamless as possible. We designed HabitONE to be smooth and enjoyable on its own, without needing any additives. It's wonderful to hear it's not too strong for you! We hope each cup continues to fuel your day beautifully. Thank you for choosing HabitONE! ☕
