Fast delivery ease of use but due to sharpness. Caution is recommended when using the knife I purchased

Customer
The knives from Haarko are really good. They are sharp, look amazing and are a solid knife. I originally bought one for my wife as she is the main cook in our household and she loves using it. The knives are definitely worth 5 stars and when an opportunity came to get a second knife from Haarko we took it. *The following review was my personal experience with their telephone sales. Haarko used pressure selling on the phone, they offered a knife for 70% off retail but I found it on Amazon cheaper than they offered. I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours but as soon as I told their customer services I wanted a refund they shut down communication and just ignore my replies to their emails. They had 4 opportunties to cancel this order in the 3 days since I requested the cancellation the first time yet today this order has been dispatched. Update: Haarko have been in touch and found a satisfactory solution to the issues I have experienced and assured that steps have been taken to prevent this happening in the future and that my experience was an isolated incident.

I am pleased with my purchase and like the quality of the knife. I also ordered the knife sheath that goes with it, however, it took awhile to find the 'link' to buy the sheath separately, but I did get it through a representative of Haarko knife company. In the end, I am happy with my purchase.

Omylom mi bola zaslaná chybná dodávka - namiesto nožov Haarko som dostal Huusk. Veľmi ochotne mi poslali správne nože, samozrejme gratis. Ak opomenieme trvanie dodania nožov, s vybavením som veľmi spokojný

Although I really like the Knife, I don't like the phone calls asking me to by another at 1/2 price. Stop calling me........ If you actually read this Review, I'm talking about PHONE CALLS not emails! Your Reply included: to fully unsubscribe from our emails. Your "Form" apology where you take 'full-responsibility' for blah...blah...blah only goes to show you really DON"T care about your customers.

Received no answer to my question regarding the receipt of two knives not ordered. Otherwise, the knives seem to be of quality and usefulness as advertised

Nice knife if very different. Slow delivery to Australia, probably due to C19

Although I have been reading a lot of reviews regarding late shipment or scammed I took a chance to order this knife with you. Glad that I was able to have them on time and the knife looks good and well-made just like any other japanese knives I have used. Maybe their shipping team must have improved a because of the reviews here.
