In spite of the number of days it took for the knife to be shipped to me, I would say it’s worth the wait my husband loved my surprise present for him since he loved to do the cooking at our home, it made cutting poultry meats and vegetables more stylish and of course more efficient from him.

The blade is very sharp from the factory. This haarko knife is perfect for slicing right through those chicken wings. It has the feels of being well balanced and the finger hole gives you better ease and control while using the knife itself. The leather sheath is of high quality and I would highly recommend this knife to my friends.

I bought the knife twice, one for myself and another as a gift, because it was really was convincing to buy one. Indeed it is very sharp, feels great in the hand and is easy to use. I think this is for someone like me who likes to cook a lot, a must have, essential for grilling, cuts every meat precisely and is really fun to cook with. Quality product I can recommend this to anyone.

Just to be clear this may not be the best knife, it looks tough to me, it comes with a good sharpness and is so far decent in the hand. It should be used as a knife for camping, the leather sheath is important to me and the ability to easily pull it off. The blade is of course too thick for very fine cuts and I don't want to have to earn my living in a professional kitchen with it. But it works fine.

In spite of the number of days it took for the knife to be distributed to me, I can say it’s worth the wait my husband really liked and was very happy with my present for him since he loved to do the food preparation at our home especially on the weekends with the kids, it made slicing meats and vegetables more stylish and more enjoyable for him.
