this knife exceeded all my expectations! It's NOT some low quality, cheap thing that will be replaced in a year or so. Not at all! This is steel of very good quality, keeps sharpness nicely and does not rust. I have the feeling it will serve me well for a long time. And the shape is just perfect. Nicely rounded, very practical for different types of cuts.

I am a butcher at a marketplace in our city. A regular customer gave me a haarko knife as Christmas gift. I find it very effective in slicing my meats. I use it to cut and slice beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of my customer, this knife is the best that I had.

This knife has a great quality and it's extremely sharp. Very fine blade and the weight is just nice. My husband loves it and he asked me to get another one that he could use when he goes out.
