The customer service was excellent. The product is definitely worth the price. I use the two I have at least once a day when cooking or preparing ingredients for my wife to cook. I cannot recommend them enough.

Haarko 's customer service is the best. They made a sour experience super sweet by going above and beyond to make customer s"Super Happy". What they have done is beyond my expectations. All I wanted was just to be able to return the extra knife returned free and charge for the knife I wanted. I am sure to broadcast the best experience with the customer support. It is world class. Thank you team Haarko Customer Support.
