Raar !

Heritage Auctions reauctioned my Item
Heritage Auctions reauctioned my Item without telling me. No response to any email i sent since 5 days. They trying to delete my Feedback Here and requesting more Information. NO Communication from Heritage Auctions. They know exactly what they do! No response to any email to multiple different HA Mailboxes. Update June 9th: HA reply is false! There was never any contact by HA to resolve anything ! This is a lie! The exact reply you expect. Just referencing the GTCs. It is just morally wrong but they don‘t care!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our records indicate that this matter involved an unpaid balance and previous attempts to communicate regarding the account. Heritage's Terms & Conditions, which are agreed to at the time of registration and bidding, address the remedies available when invoices remain unpaid. The actions taken were consistent with those terms.

The winners of the recent Polish Star…
The winners of the recent Polish Star Wars auctions got screwed!!! After winning, we were notified that the auctions would be extended another 24 hours. So many original winners lost what they rightfully won. Heritage was more than happy to give half hearted apologies and half assed excuses for their disgusting money grabbing actions.

We understand why this was frustrating and appreciate your feedback. Due to conflicting closing times communicated for this auction, bidders had different expectations for when extended bidding would begin. While some lots appeared to close, the auction did not proceed through a clearly and consistently communicated extended bidding phase, and no results were finalized. To ensure a fair and equal opportunity for all bidders, we made the decision to postpone the closing. We apologize for the confusion this caused. We take this seriously and are implementing steps to ensure this does not happen again.

Predatory
Predatory, money-grubbing business practices. Do NOT place bids with this company. If the selling price of the auction doesn't meet their "ideals", they'll just send an email to the bidders who won the items, informing them that "the integrity of the auction was compromised" due to THEIR OWN BUSINESS PRACTICES, and then restart the auction the following day with the starting bid AT THE WINNING BID FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY. Absolutely disgusting, disgraceful, selfish business practices and should NOT be encouraged through ANY further bids, purchases, or items provided to them for auction. Do NOT patronize this business in ANY form.

Very bad experience, will not bid with them again
While their latest Star Wars auction had closed and winners notified on May 4, 2026, they decided to extend for an extra 24 hours just to make more money. Winners were then outbid. That is highly unethical and also illegal. Will never bid with HA again.

Significantly overcharged postage
Significantly overcharged postage. Then after constant emails, Heritage finally admitted fault. Now I'm still waiting to receive my refund. Staff are friendly enough, but there's no rush to help or solve anything unless I follow up repeatedly and push for action. In no world would it cost $500 to send a single comic to Australia, and in no world should I be the one chasing my refund.

What a horrific experience
What a horrific experience. I made an offer on a painting, the seller accepted—exciting, right? Well, that’s where it ended. The support and fulfillment from Heritage was the worst I’ve seen in years. First, they shipped a $4,000 piece of art via USPS without requiring a signature. Are you kidding me? That alone deserves zero stars. The mailman left it sticking out of our mailbox where anyone could have taken it. Thankfully, I saw it on our cameras. From start to finish, support was terrible. I sent two emails that went unanswered for days. Then the painting fell into the USPS black hole with no movement. After realizing emails were a waste, I called and spoke to Miles, who said he’d look into it and email me with an update. He never did. I finally received a response from another rep to the emails I had sent days earlier, telling me the painting would be delivered (after I had already seen the same update that morning on the USPS site). Not helpful in the slightest. They brag about closing over $2 billion in sales, yet cheap out by using USPS without requiring a signature just to save a buck? I hate to say it, but Heritage absolutely sucks.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, this is not the level of service we strive to provide. We understand your concerns regarding shipping security and communication, and we sincerely apologize for the delays in response and follow-up. This will be addressed internally with our team. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your situation further. Thank you for your feedback, Heritage Auctions
