Gym SourceReviews of gymsource.com

Excellent store with knowledgeable staff. Purchased a set of POWERBLOCK Urethane weights. Very positive experience from start to finish.

Staff was extremely helpful. And pleasant.

This was the second True treadmill I have bought from Gym Source. Loved the first one. The new one kept blowing my circuit breaker so I had a 220 line installed and it continued to trip the breaker. They sent repair men here at least 4 times, then said they would get a new one, which too many months

the people at Gym Source has always been overly helpful to us in finding exactly what we need for our workout equipment. They are always nice, and bend over backwards to help us and make sure we are happy or heading in the right direction with our purchases.

Chris at the Sarasota, FL store is a brilliant help when it comes to finding and purchasing the exact equipment we needed to put together our home gym. He helped us sort through what we had already, how to fill in efficiently and in stages, so we could balance out costs, and told us what items would not serve us well! THAT is golden! We have been very impressed with the company's policies and way of doing business.

Very helpful store staff, as I had been looking for the "right" equipment for quite some time, but didn't want to overpay. Sales rep (Chuck, also a trainer), continued periodic store and warehouse searches for good deals, until I came across the unit that fit the bill (features, size, price). Delivery crew also did a very nice job, as they were timely and careful with both hauling away of old treadmill and set to of new arc trainer, in very tight basement space.

I think Gym Source is a great store. The personnel are knowledgable and helpful. I was unhappy with a piece of equipment and they let me exchange it without a problem. Highly recommend buying from them.
