I met with Kevin who was on duty when we called/visited. He was respectful, attentive and heard us out as we described what we're trying to accomplish for our basement gym. He was able to recommend options for us and worked with us to attain our goals. When we returned to the store to pick up our products, he was not available but his colleague was already updated on our situation and was as professional and even assisted us putting the equipment into our vehicle.

Gym source was a great outlet to organize my home gym . There attention to detail in giving me exactly what I needed . The quality on the equipment is excellent , exactly ehst yo would find in any gum chain . The installation crew were organized , best and very professional . When the left my home I was ready to workout . Jeff my salesman came to my home to explain every piece of equip before I ordered anything making sure I got exactly what I needed within my budget .

Installed 2/18/16. One non-critical missing part. "Will be back to install missing part next week." Several calls to inquire what's going on... Service tech finally arrives 5/3/16. Nice guy; wrong part. More calls... Service tech returns 5/16/16. Fixed. Good service tech; derelict office staff.

Paid more for a True treadmill with a Bluetooth feature. Learned after I received the treadmill that the True App that is supposed to use the Bluetooth to sync data does not work. The App has not worked for months. Disappointed that GymSource did not inform me of this before my purchase, since I pad extra for a feature that is useless. True is aware of the problem with the App (and has been aware of the problem for months). But the App has not been fixed.

We needed to replace a recumbent bike and a treadmill. So much had changed since our original purchase and we did have a clue about what new equipment would meet our needs. The salesman was terrific - sorry that I cannot remember his name! He answered our questions, offered information, and guided us to the equipment that was exactly what we wanted.
