My old treadmill died and I needed a new one. The sales person at Gym Source understood immediately what I needed and recommended a wonderful treadmill that met my needs perfectly and fit my space and budget. Installation was fast and smooth. The sales person called to follow up. The entire experience was great. I love my treadmill and Gym Source is the only place I will go from now on to meet my fitness equipment needs!

I purchased interlock flooring and a slam ball and both transactions resulted in issues for me. 1. When I went to pick my flooring up from the warehouse they had informed me that all of my order wasn't present. It had to be arranged a week later for the remainder of my order to be delivered to my house. 2. It took 2months for a slam ball I purchased to come in. (Found out way late in the waking period that the balls were in back order). Having been a manager in customer service before, this should have been communicated up front to allow the customer to make the decision on buying this item there. I was also told that the ball was in at one point, and when my wife arrived to pick the ball up for me it ended up not being the ball I ordered. (They loaned me the ball (not a slam ball) until mine came in (it had been a month at this point). I ended up having to drive to Tysons and pick the Ball up (very far drive for me). I could've had one ordered and delivered to my house for all the frustration caused. As a trainer and owner of a newer business I won't use this store again for any of my gyms needs.

I could probably save a few bucks going online, but I really like going to the store trying the equipment in person, and talking to the staff.

Would buy there again.

Expert salesman helped me pick the right equipment based on my needs/usage. Set-up easy and quick. Only needed to start working out.

We have always been pleased by our gym purchases at Gym Source, dating many years back to a treadmill and Stairmaster, to more recently, an elliptical trainer and new treadmill. The staff make things very easy...delivery, set up of equipment, and the removal of the old stuff. I highly recommend Gym Source to anyone looking to buy workout equipment. They have a wide range of choices and price points as well.
