High quality customer service - personal, responsive, knowledgeable. The store manager has been there for years and the company maintains a great purchase history. They have a maintenance/service organization that addresses any issues quickly and professional. I have recommended Gym Source to friends - including personal trainers - and will continue to use them as a go to for fitness. Whether I made a big purchase (elliptical) or small one the treatment was the same - as a valued customer.

The two machines were delivered on a Saturday morning. It was clear the next morning on the use of both machines that neither were put together correctly. The standing elliptical was incorrectly set up on the resistance and banged. The sitting elliptical made loud banging sounds. It took three service calls and 16 hours of "window waiting time" if you include delivery for the machines to be put together correctly.

I purchased several pieces of equipment and flooring for my home gym out of the Paramus NJ office. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the floor mats and the machinery. The staff was professional and a pleasure to work with! We also hired Gym Source installation team to assemble the equipment and place the flooring. They did a great job and cut the flooring to be in proper position around columns in our home gym. Very very happy and highly recommended

My title says it all. Delivery was as promised. The installers were skilled and knew the product. Rubber mat flooring installers for our home gym were exceptional.

Great products that are very high quality. Expect to pay for this high quality, but it will last for years.
