Sales and delivery guys were helpful but I called to report that I have no instructions or warranty information. This is inexcusable. There has been no follow-up for my complaint.

We spent at least an hour looking for a recumbent bike at Gym Source. Excellent in all respects. Bike is now delivered and being used. I trust if there are any questions at any time I can call Chris Cesar and he will answer them. Chris IS customer service.

I purchased a top of the line Schwinn bike trainer from a store in Rockville , Maryland. The sales rep knew the product inside out , explained every detail and option and comparable products even from other stores and brands. I later came in on a black Friday and made the purchase. The bike arrived a few days later exactly as advertised. I will recommend the store to my friends looking for a similar purchase.
