if one desires a TRUE treadmill, one does not have a lot of options. Saying that, Gym Source and Chris Powell provided my wife and I great service! He answered our questions, let is try out all the various models in a relaxing manner. We went with a TRUE PS300 treadmill and has been a great addition to our work out room. The delivery/install team arrived on time and were very professional. Thus far our experience with Gym Source has been superb.....

On my second visit to the store I was standing around for at least 10 minutes while the man helped a customer. A woman employee was sitting there observing. I was ignored the whole time until I left.

Frank was a huge help in narrowing down what I needed and what I didn't need. He got me the best price for my money and sat with me for over an hour looking at my options.
