I have been with Bio-Logic since I’ve owned my gym in 2008. They have great products and excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company to a gym or any other business that is looking for this type of product/service. Shawn Mielke, President Girlfriends Fit Club

LOVE that it is not cloud based/internet reliant because that would be an issue for us. Would like to have updated reporting interface and communication tools.

The software has worked great for the past 2+ years. There are some tweaks I would like to see that would make things more streamlined for me (adding a non-taxed monthly add-on and automated billing at midnight being the main ones that come to mind). Overall, I am happy with the software, but hopeful for more improvements Updated 10/1/20: The software has added several upgrades and has greatly increased the QoL. They are continually adding features and the support has been phenomenal. There are still a few things that I would like to see added in future updates but overall I am very happy with the progression of the software.
