Couldn't validate my card at restaurant…
Couldn't validate my card at restaurant i had the gift card for. Difficult to use and I ended up using a credit card.

Incredibly bad customer service.
If you have any problems, don't expect any candid responses from customer service agents. You can ask a question, get a canned response, ask for further clarification, and get literally the same response as before. If you ask them why codes take up to 24hrs for "processing" when bought with Paypal funds, they will not give you an answer. They will, however, quickly help you close your account, strangely enough.
