Glad to see that they're getting the negative publicity they deserve here. They marked my transaction "Pending", but gave me no indication why. When I emailed support I just got a template email response saying "We do not have the specific details on why your order did not process and that is for your privacy and security." and when I called support they repeated the same talking point like a mindless, heartless robot. Well thank you Gyft for not providing your service and not giving me a clue as to why... all for my benefit apparently. I'm just a normal person, at one time a potential customer who was eager to give you guys repeat business, but instead I'm now super motivated to vent my frustration in as public a forum as I can get my keys on. As a customer, I don't want YOUR concept of a benefit, I want MINE!

If there was a lower score than one I would use it. I was on vacation in Colorado and Best Buy inadvertently canceled an order for $1700 that I made with $525 worth of GYFT virtual gift certificates. I needed the number's from the Virtual GYFT certificates again in order to rebuy the cancelled order from Best Buy. When I tried to contact customer service through their toll free line I waited 45 minutes on the phone at the store in Colorado just to have someone answer said hello then immediately hung up on me. So I'm trying to keep my Cool through the second and yes a third call was was placed. 4.5 hours at the store in Colorado (did I say I live in NY) because GYFT left me at the curb !!! So the moral to the story NEVER do business that has that BAD a customer service record online ALWAY check the ratings to see how their rated !! (and to think I've bought over $6000. in GYFT cards in the past. BUT NO MORE (Yes in Colorado but this was a Mother's Day gift for delivery the friday before so I had no Choice & my wife found out also which was awful.)

Gift.com is a complete scam...They never even let you use any promotional codes distributed by them itself. Whenever you try to use it, it will give u an error! There is not a single person to answer your calls. Beware of this gift card website! They are horrible!!!

My son in law emailed me a Gyft certificate for a local restaurant. I followed the directions, downloaded the Gyft App and Gyft couldn't recognize the certificate nor order number. After 1 day of trying to get the app to work I received the message "sorry, that number isn't valid". I emailed customer service and provided them with the actual certificate with complete information. I have had 3 emails asking for more info and It seems like they are trying to blow me off. The restaurant doesn't appear on the Gyft app. Last night I went to the restaurant, spoke with the owner and he allowed me the $100 value to use for our dinner.

I had $150 gyft card or egift card whatever you want to call it and I used it twice no problem I had $75 left I tried to open my app to use the remainder and it shows my wallet is empty? I open my email showing my purchase and it says this is no longer available!?! There is no history no nothing showing any history it ever existed and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY REPLY WITH BULLSHxT THAT TJEY WILL CONTACT YOU SHORTLY....THEY ARE A FxCKING SCAM I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM TO FIND OUT What the hxll IS GOING ON!!!!!
