Terrible customer service this app is crap and so is there website. Cannot login with Google account from Apple device! FIX this problem GYFT!

It’s really half a star, if that. Buyer beware! Gyft has tons of glitches. Once you pay them, you’re on your own. Customer service speaks a different language although it sounds a lot like English; they just don’t make sense and they don’t understand what you tell them. *tone deaf*

Keep getting spam while never even having visited them or having heard of them

Honestly seems like a scam. I've never heard of it before and suddenly I get mails from them. I've never made an account, nor have I shown any interest in buying giftcards at all.

Got a random e-mail from this site saying that my passwords needs to på reseted. I have never used this site and it is not even available in my country. Super sketchy site. Tried so reset the password to see what was going on but it keeps going in a loop. Sketchy cant get them to stop spamming me.

An unauthorized user has signed up for an account using my email address. Once I received an automated communication from Gyft, I requested they terminate the account and secure my contact information. The first incident was in June '19 and it happened again in October '19. Despite several reports filed with Gyft, I have not received a response.

It is very likely a significant portion of the traffic through this app is fraudulent at best. Do not use it. I get regular requests to confirm my email with them despite having never used their site or app myself.

Worst experience ever. Was trying to buy a hotels.com gift card and my card was being declined. Tried several cards but same thing. Customer support could not find a solution. Total waste of time.
