Hi， my friend. We are sorry we were not able to finish your order at your expected time. For the game gw2 gold, we stated a 24-hour delivery time on our site, but mostly we can finish in a few hours. Since this game is still on its OBT, we all know there are many bugs, which kinda affects our delivery time, so sometimes our staff can not be sure when the delivery will take place. Also in this case, we are happy to refund if our customer is not willing to wait any longer. :) We hope for your understanding and will improve ourselves. Thanks

This was my first time using the site
This was my first time using the site, and like most sites I was worried about if it was legitimate. However I decided to take a chance and I was not disappointed. The service was professional, the 24/7 chat worked well as I was wondering how long the order would take. It was also quick, I received my Items in just 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone, very happy overall. Thank you again :)
