Ordered an item and was told the item would be delivered within 24 hours later. After 2 days I kept asking every day where was it and they kept making an excuse and asking me to just wait one more day. After 4 days and no item I asked for a refund. Staff then began to ignore my messages and were very unhelpful. Never shopping with them again, awful service.
