I ordered a water flosser which I like. However I lost the cord while traveling. GuruNanda doesn't offer replacement cord/chargers. I could buy another cord at Staples but would also need to purchase the charger. The two pieces almost amount to the same price as purchasing a new water flosser. When I ordered the new flosser, it included the cord, but not the charger! I'd still have to purchase a new charger. This is the new thing. You get a cord without a charger. I'm returning the flosser.

Was charged for products I never received and their “Customer Service” is ZERO. I tried 4 different ways to contact them and no response at all. This company is a SCAM in my experience with them. + **UPDATE** They still did not respond in writing to me but they did create and send out another order that I did receive and was not charged for so I am editing their rating.

I really like the mouthwash. It’s a very good product. However, I was ordering by subscription directly through the company. I had received 3 previous orders for just over $15 each. This last order cost over $65 for one bottle because they sent it UPS 2nd day air! I had assumed every order would cost the same and did not read an email saying my order was ready to ship. There was no alert that the shipping charges had dramatically changed. I have contacted the company but have not heard back from them. I have since canceled my subscription.
