Ordered a Colt on 10/9, shipping label created on 10/15, today is 10/21 and the Post Office is still awaiting the item. I have called and emailed, all they do is send the tracking link showing PO waiting.

They had a rifle listed that they had 5 available. There were 2 places I could find that had it for that great price. A week after purchasing it, it had not shipped out and thinking maybe they were having trouble communicating with my FFL guy, I called and talked to somebody who said it would be shipped out later that day. Instead I received an email telling me there was a glitch and they can sell me something else instead of issuing a refund. I missed the other places sale which cost me 160 bucks to find it somewhere else. Instead of issuing me a refund they offered to sale me something else but now I was having trouble reaching somebody so I had to call my cc company to dispute it. They finally reached out after a few days but now they are also relying solely on my cc company to get me my refund as well. We are talking around 1500 bucks to a company who should have immediately issued a refund when realizing they have no inventory control. They kept the listing for the 5 rifles up even after the issue. With me having to reach out to my cc company, it only delayed the refund they chose not to do after not having the product. I have never purchased anything online and them not have it but suggest I buy something else instead of a issuing a refund at this scale of purchase.

I would be extremely careful buying anything from this website. I went based off the reviews on trustpilot and to say I'm disappointed would be an enormous understatement. I found a Radian Model 1 10.5" on their website that was priced extremely well. It was advertised as the full package with SBA3 brace. Shipping was fast, however the product received was completely different. It has a device in place of the custom Radian buffer tube preventing even a brace from being attached, and no brace in the box. Naturally I reached out to GunPrime to see how they would fix this, and after MANY calls and emails they finally responded saying yes it was a mistake on their end and they would figure out a fix. 2 days later, absolute silence, and now they aren't responding to my calls or emails. I guess they figure they will just stick me with the problem and call it a day. Basically if they sell you the wrong item you're screwed, so good luck.

Advertised $299 on the first page of their website but when you click the item they charged $399. Horrible customer service, wouldn’t honor the price! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Buy elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Coincidentally after I called the price changed to $399. Contact me for pics

Company is really Birmingham Pistol doing business on-line as GunPrime. They shipped the wrong firearm, charged nearly $700 to my credit card and would not answer or return phone calls. Also would not respond to multiple emails. This went on for weeks! The firearm manufacturer corrected GunPrime's mistake ONLY after I personally contacted Springfield Armory Customer Service to request assistance and they weren't even liable. Springfield Armory Customer Service is tops. Customer service at GunPrime, however, was pathetic. Avoid this company!

Gunptime sold my email as soon as I gave them my info. I am receiving at least 10 random gun sale emails daily (from various companies) now after giving them my email. What a let down. Losers!

I purchase a "new" model 29 I received the Model 29 S&W, images attached. The revolver has been shot many times as indicated by the extensive cleaning it is taken to remove residue buildup. As well, tape was still under the cylinder lock tab as well as light scratches. If this were a new revolver it was handled to the extreme and not checked before being sold to me as new. Have left a voice mail and email, no one has yet to respond to me.

This is The War Pony, Columbiana County Unorganized Ohio & 6969 Gadsden Highway, Vestavia Hills, AL 35173 is a place sucks and lies. Waited over a week for ammo they said shipped, and never saw it. Now trying to contest through my credit card. Liars and losers - RUN AWAY! Charged me $400+ with no delivery. Calling all Militia to boycott this loser establishment. They certainly deserve to not have your (beneficial) business. After that, it's your call. Crew Out.
