Ordered a Colt on 10/9, shipping label created on 10/15, today is 10/21 and the Post Office is still awaiting the item. I have called and emailed, all they do is send the tracking link showing PO waiting.

They had a rifle listed that they had 5 available. There were 2 places I could find that had it for that great price. A week after purchasing it, it had not shipped out and thinking maybe they were having trouble communicating with my FFL guy, I called and talked to somebody who said it would be shipped out later that day. Instead I received an email telling me there was a glitch and they can sell me something else instead of issuing a refund. I missed the other places sale which cost me 160 bucks to find it somewhere else. Instead of issuing me a refund they offered to sale me something else but now I was having trouble reaching somebody so I had to call my cc company to dispute it. They finally reached out after a few days but now they are also relying solely on my cc company to get me my refund as well. We are talking around 1500 bucks to a company who should have immediately issued a refund when realizing they have no inventory control. They kept the listing for the 5 rifles up even after the issue. With me having to reach out to my cc company, it only delayed the refund they chose not to do after not having the product. I have never purchased anything online and them not have it but suggest I buy something else instead of a issuing a refund at this scale of purchase.

Gun prime was the only place I could find the g19x mos (non v model) in stock, I ordered Wednesday afternoon and maybe within a hour I received a confirmation email stating my order had shipped. My order came in that Friday to my FFL and had my gun that afternoon. I highly recommend!

The ordering was easy and the firearm shipped within a few days. It was listed as a Factory Blem/Sample and was to come with a full mechanical new gun warranty but surface issues were excluded. When it arrived it was missing the set of five choke tubes and choke tube wrench that come with the model and the front sight bead appears to have been replaced with one having a wrong thread which leaves it wobbling. The dealer said the blem/sample firearms are sold in the condition and with the components they received from the manufacturer. This is not spelled out in the advertising. My advice is to be wary, as you will have no idea what you are getting, and the advertising won't tell you that. Update 11/28/2025 CZ warranty supplied a free front bead of the correct size and GunPrime did supply me with the three missing choke tubes, the wrench and the case. As of now, I'd buy from GunPrime again, but get more clarity before ordering

I would be extremely careful buying anything from this website. I went based off the reviews on trustpilot and to say I'm disappointed would be an enormous understatement. I found a Radian Model 1 10.5" on their website that was priced extremely well. It was advertised as the full package with SBA3 brace. Shipping was fast, however the product received was completely different. It has a device in place of the custom Radian buffer tube preventing even a brace from being attached, and no brace in the box. Naturally I reached out to GunPrime to see how they would fix this, and after MANY calls and emails they finally responded saying yes it was a mistake on their end and they would figure out a fix. 2 days later, absolute silence, and now they aren't responding to my calls or emails. I guess they figure they will just stick me with the problem and call it a day. Basically if they sell you the wrong item you're screwed, so good luck.

The second time these guys sent used firearms instead of new, like was ordered. They sent a return label for the recent purchase and I returned it. I talked to a person after it had been delivered back to them 4 days later, told me he would get back to me that day, never did. Been trying to contact them by phone and emails, but they are avoiding me. These people are truly the worst, by far. Got me nervous if I'm going to be F*^ked or not. I should have learnt from the previous purchase. Do yourself a favor, you may have to pay a couple more bucks, at times, elsewhere, but I advise you doing so. Update: I did receive a refund for the purchase, thank you, but did not receive my shipping costs, that's not right, none of this situation is my fault.

Great service Great products Great price on my purchase.
