I purchased prescription glasses, but when I received them, they were incorrect. I contacted them for a warranty, received the label, and sent them in. It is nearing three weeks with no update or information after they contacted me with return shipping information. I have no idea if they are in the process of correcting it, or it is sitting in their to-do pile. I have contacted them three times now and I have not heard back with an update. I understand that manufacturing a new prescription will take time, but I require the bare minimum communication of knowing what is going on with my purchase (that I paid for) (with money) (a month ago). The only reason that I did not leave a one star review is that the product itself--given that the prescription was correct--would have been satisfactory. Unfortunately, their pisswarm attempt at communication is really souring my opinion. EDIT: They reached out to me after I posted this review and have given me the update I wanted. Take that how you may.

They sent me the wrong frame size. *Edit* Additionally they glued my frames together and the glasses look completely different from the view on the website. No money back guarantee… I can definitely see why now.

I wanted to return the Gunnar I bought for my daughter and order another one from Gunnar's site. There was no easy way for me to do it. I left voice mails which no on responded to. The Lens themselves are fine but the customer service function does not exist.

Not worth the money. The glare on these glasses for gaming in a dark room is terrible. I will not be buying another pair. regret my purchase

I like the style of the glasses and the tint of the lens but they give a slight magnification and it really hurts my eyes. I don't need actual glasses and my vision is fine but when I put on these glasses it is extremely obvious to me that there is some magnification. It's very slight and it's probably 1.05x or 1.1x but it really hurts my eyes and makes them totally unusable for me
