Never received the product. Using a cut-rate, third-party delivery insurance provider and leaving customers responsible for your failings to actually provide a product is an awful way to do business. Congrats on getting away with robbing me once. I won’t be giving you the chance to do it again.

I made an error in my order and contacted Gunnar within minutes of the order. Was told it could not be corrected only cancelled or returned. Requested cancellation. Shipped anyway. Only listed phone number recording says is no longer in service. No response to two emails.

The product was shipped on the 25th of July, but I wasn't informed nor did my purchase link showed me when it was shipped until the very day is was out for delivery. I had no idea how severe the signature level glasses were in terms of anti-reflective because it is practically unusable if there is any source of light. I'm being blinded just trying to look through them. I paid $200 for a prescription glasses that has less blue light blocking and anti-reflection on my $70 Zenni Optical prescription glasses. On top of that, you won't allow returns for prescription glasses. You have all these info graphics and how many years of research, but you provide one of the worst lenses I've ever used. Zenni also doesn't limit lens coating to frame styles. Their blue light blocking offer different shades allowing you to still see better colors without everything having a yellow tint.

I ordered my glasses on 6/28 and had not received any updates regarding them. I reached out via email to ask for an update on 7/23, and then received 2 emails stating that my glasses were shipped and that they were delivered. The glasses shipped on 7/17 and I was never notified until today, the same day they were delivered.

Hi Cassidy, Thank you for leaving a review. Apologies as the delay on this order was caused due to the D.Va Overwatch glasses being under pre-sale. As we were supplying frames to our lab, we did have about an extra week or so required to get our lab up to speed. This left them along our 3-4 week pre-sale timeline for fulfillment, and I see that your glasses are delivered as of now. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

We're not able to process prescription orders as refunds, but you are more than welcome to get them adjusted via our 120-day change warranty that all of our prescription glasses are covered by.
