I accidentally clicked the wrong type of prescription, the support team emailed me promptly to confirm the correct option based on my prescription, and also ensured that the refund, for the difference between the wrong option I chose, went through properly! This is my second pair of gunnar glasses, third pair for my family, and I know I'm not only in good hands, but that I'll be recieving an excellent product!

Mostly great experience but one thing that should be done with the way you purchase the glasses is have a chooser for the type of protection level of them you want 98, 90, 65, 35 that is all
