Hi David, Thank you for leaving us feedback. I looked into your previous interactions with our prescription team members to see if I could clear up any issues. I saw that there might have been a bit of miscommunication on what our team was asking for in order to proceed in making your glasses. In order to proceed in manufacturing your glasses they had needed information on the type of single vision glasses you wanted and attempted to outline this case in their email. I assure you; they were simply trying to clarify this very important detail for your glasses and were not attempting to be rude at all!
