Over a month for my order to ship... BUT WORTH IT
It took over a month for my order to ship, with close to zero communication and expectations management in the meanwhile. I purchased another prescription glasses from Ray-Ban the same day, and I had them within 10 days (shipped from China). EDIT (01/11/24): much as I was frustrated with the waiting for my order to ship, the product itself is stellar. Competitors that I tried don't come close - heavily tinted amber lens still keep the picture clear and vivid. I am likely to buy again and to recommend GUNNAR to friends. My only advice is to provide more transparency upfront about the timing of order execution. I am fine to wait, as long as it's clear upfront.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Due to our unique coating processes, our glasses can take up to 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. Our coating process is proprietary and goes through testing rounds at labs to ensure they can match our blue light blocking needs. I am sorry if you felt this took too long, but we stand by providing our customers with quality products to help alleviate eye strain, even if it takes a bit longer (especially during the holidays!).
