After being able to order there was no way to track my order. I never received a confirmation email but I did receive 3 emails after being charged saying I still had items in my cart and did I want to continue my purchase. I tried to create an account but it keeps telling me to follow the steps to complete in the email that I still have never received. At this point all I know is my card was charged but who knows if the purchase was really made or if I’ll actually receive anything. I guess I just have to wait and see if a mysterious package shows up one day.

This is no way a knock on the brand. Their checkout experience was not great. I made a purchase. I wanted to cancel the transaction that was made less than 5 minutes before, to pick up another 2 pairs. The fact that I could not, just made a negative impression. This after, I ordered a pair from them on Amazon, and I was sent a used pair. Short and Sweet: Glasses Great! Customer Journey not so great.

I have been a Gunnar Optiks fan for many years now and have always bought my computer glasses from Gunnar Optiks. I recently had a problem with an rx order and was told someone should be back with me within 1-3 business days. We are now on business day 10+ and it’s a disappointment to me.
