Took a week to receive the package and 5 minutes after I received notification of the package, I checked the mail only to find no package. My complex has several package lockers that prevent theft of the package, which makes in nearly impossible for anyone to steal the package. There response was that they are not reponsible and to check neighbors if they have the package. Really, I live in a building with hundreds of people and we have secured lockers for delivery of packages. I took it upon my self to contact the USPS to file for a lost package, and everytime I tried to submit, it came back an error. So, I called and it turned out the address does not match the tracking number they gave me. I contacted gunnar customer service once again(via email, since they do not have a phone number listed) and simply asked for a refund. Of course they have not responded or yet to respond even after several attempts. At this point, I am furious I am wasting my time and feel that I should be paid for this. I want nothing to do with this company after I get my money back.

We can either cancel order 40981, so that you may place an order for the correct items, OR you can go through the return/exchange process after you receive your package. Presciption lenses were horrible. The focal area is too narrow horizontally for reading glasses. One eye is in focus while the other eye is out of focus while reading or scanning left to right or right to left. The glasses are not usable I expect a correction for this or a refund. I had asked for simple bifocals in our correspondence and this was not followed. I had asked for clear lenses and they came with a yellowish tint. The order was not filled as described or discussed. There was no response to 3 complaints to customer service who were very available during the ordering process.

Hi Mike, All of our non-prescription GUNNAR-Focus lenses, the lenses have a +0.2 diopter that helps to prevent straining and stress to your eyes caused by looking at digital devices for long periods. This will not cause long term dependency or damage on your eyes, and is just for additional eye strain relief. We understand that this doesn't work for everyone and offer completely non powered Natural-Focus lenses with select frames found on our website. I placed an order for glasses to protect my eyes from screens. The product is not described as well as it should be, which led me to ordering the wrong pair of glasses and returning them. I, lost $20 in shipping and handling. I will never order from his company again. They weren't even understanding of the issue and didn't even offer me any other options except for reordering. It looks like you ordered a pair of our reading glasses and then reached out with a request to just return glasses not exchange for the correct pair. Company sux. I purchased a pair of glasses, realized they were the wrong power, simply wanted to exchange them for the correct power and they would not do the exchange. I was -- and still am -- shocked. Who does that in 2024?
