Customer service is terrible no one answers the phone my package says it’s wrong delivered .

Buy if you like to be abused
Accidentally set quantity as 2 when purchasing, send an email to customer service request to refund 1 pair of them. Only replied an auto generated email then no more news. Next thing sent to me is my items are in delivery. I really like the way how you do business, don’t wanna give up that $80 aye. Good job.

Why do I not have an email with details…
Why do I not have an email with details of my purchase and why do I not have a response to the email I sent asking for a delivery change as I will not be in town. My previous experience with Gunnar was great, but this one is not.

my glasses arrived damaged and after…
my glasses arrived damaged and after contacting you support team i have to pay to ship this back. I should have just cheaper ones from amazon. Thoroughly disappointed.

After the warranty ended, very unhappy customer.
I really like the quality of the gunnar optiks but was very disappointed to hear that although they sell the same frame, that I cannot purchase replacement lenses. The fact that you can buy them as readers, getting a 1, 2, etc., lense and you cannot purchase a replacement lense has me looking for someone else for my next purchase.
