The glasses are great! Shipping was a bit of a problem they didn’t get my address right somehow it got mixed up on their end. Had to wait an extra two weeks for my glasses but when it was resolved it arrived pretty fast. Unfortunately I had to pay a duty tax. So heads up.

Unfortunately did not get the product I ordered, but still enjoying the one I got instead (might even be better). Box was labelled correctly but was a different product inside. Fortunately for both myself and the company it was at the same price.

The ordering was great. The tracking system was wonderful. The customer service was great getting me the coupon to work that I was originally offered. That was perfectly fine. The part that was a little frustrating was sitting for 2 weeks. Not really having an update in between placing order and it now being shipped. Maybe have a middle processing update of some type like when you go from order place then have something like preparing glasses or preparing order and update that so that people have that some time in between the order being placed and now being shipped

Updating this review with new facts. I've used non-prescription Gunnars in the past and they were good. I ordered my first pair of prescription Gunnars and I was a bit nervous. Communication is very slow - but communication does happen. (If there were a way to make that process faster, it would be amazing.) I finally got my glasses in the mail, and they are amazing. They are higher quality than what I expected. Will be ordering more!

I'm absolutely in love with my prescription glasses. I got the darkest blue light blocking shades for night time use before bed. Everything is crystal clear, frames are light-weight, and they're very stylish. I used to use the clip-on ones, but nothing compares to this! Definitely worth the investment and the wait. However, the only reason why I'm rating four stars is the lack of communication between the initial order and delivery. Standard construction time is 2-3 weeks, but minor automatic updates that your glasses are moving through the system would be really helpful. I actually forgot that I bought them until I saw that were finally out for delivery.

Absolutely love the glasses. Had trouble with the online PD measurement tool so I went to my doctor to get mine. It delayed the process but the result is perfect.

Glasses "could" be more comfortable with some headsets. However, the frames do look good and the prescription made matches the one provided pretty well. It may take a minute to get comfortable with the frames if you're coming from a different brand.
