Poor communication and slow shipping, good product
Ordered in Dec 2 and still don’t have my two pairs of prescription glasses as of Jan 8. I reached out 10 days after the order was placed and they said needed more information (could have told me that instead of waiting for me to reach out). Sent that information and they said it would be shipped 2 to 3 weeks after. I still don’t have the glasses and see a shipment notification JUST came through after I asked for an update again. One pair of glasses is for someone who needs to wear them all the time so I had buy another pair from another company that came in a week. UPDATE: Adding two stars because now that we have our glasses, we're very pleased. Prescriptions feels correct and the fit for both are great.

Hi Clarissa, Thank you for leaving your feedback, I am sorry that the glasses took longer than expected to arrive, but in the event that we need additional information and are under holiday influx, it does set our lab back about a week.
