I like the glasses that I received but they took longer than expected to arrive. Also, the coupon that I was sent for my birthday was not accepted and the free case that I was offered (and was on my order) was not sent.

When I submitted my payment to Gunnar, there was no indication of progress, nor any indication that my order was actually submitted. I’m very concerned about future business with Gunnar optics because they are based in California. In my view working with a company based in California is risky. For example, I have to purchase a special insurance policy just so my package won’t be stolen or if it is that there is reimbursement. This is not a good way to do business and I’m very concerned about future business with Gunnar, because of where they are located.

I received the glasses a month ago, I have written several emails with the purpose of changing the frame of the glasses because the ones I purchased are very heavy, they told me that they are going to send an email so that I can send them to you and until today I have not received, please send me the address and I can get the desired change!! The customs fees are not received by or charged by us at GUNNAR and are instead provided from FedEx International. We do highlight in our FAQ that all orders can be subject to customs as well. I wanted to purchase through Amazon, they seemed to have faster shipping as opposed to Gunnar except they didn't offer this one style I wanted. Also tracking is easier through Amazon in their overall portal. Instead of a 3-5 day turn around I'm getting it in 10 days.

Our warehouse doesn't operate on weekends, so I'm not sure where you got the initial 10 day projection from.
