I spent $400 on the new ghost amber gaming glasses with prescription, 20 days after order they finally shipped only to be returned to sender now i have not received my gaming glasses that i spend $400 on and Gunnar optiks have not replied to any emails i have sent trying to rectify this matter so i can get my glasses

Yall do not answer in a timely manner. Even though I sent an email to cancel my order shortly after i bought it(didnt mean to purchase them), it was shipped anyway.

The package was opened and also the inner box of the glasses was opened. How can I be sure that the glasses are not changed and they are authentic

Gunnar does not replace lenses. This means if your $100 plastic glasses get scratched, you must replace them entirely, so another hundred bucks down the drain. I could eat an entire week in my country with 100 bucks. They fall once on the floor? GONE. I don't know how these lenses are made, but a few tiny scratches in the middle induce eye strain worse than not using them at all. Which would be perfectly fine if they offered a cheap service to replace these lenses, but they do not.

Hi Andi, Gunnar does not offer the purchase of lenses separately to fit into existing frames or vice versa. However we do offer warranty of one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the product performance level, as well as SavedBy protection service for instances like this. The item shipped over 20 days after I ordered it. There are 3 cracks on the edge of the edge of one side. I ask for a picture exchange for over a week, not a single one reply. I receive a label for return, and I ask again for an exchange, there are not a single live person reply to my message. 0 post sale 0 RMA team for this brand. Product looks good but has faulty on it. And it was very horrible shop experience!

Orders received after 11:00am PT will be shipped during the next business day as stated on our FAQ page. when i ordered my glasses the shipping was free for standard shipping. when i checked out after giving all my info, the shipping was $8.99 very disappointed that the shipping changed when i checked out.
