Fine but not really..
Bought the Elipse w two other designs back in September 2019 and got a stream of emails to review them so here it is. Before the order was confirmed I got an email informing me about the "high customs rates" in my country (eu) and asking me if I wanted to proceed w it, so I replied and took a few hours to check. My order, however, was processed anyway and I spent a whole day at customs and payed 200 euros to get them from the damn place. So the 3 frames were 200 euros with an additional 200 at customs. 400euro frames fam. Btw I'm not rich. It's fine, it was an investment for mine and my mother's eyes. Anyway, the frames: (I wear round prescription glasses w metal frame so these were right in my comfort zone.) They were fine at first. They're cute. Reduced the amount of headaches I got a day. I work on a pc for up to 12 hrs a day, so for the first week I had them on all day and the difference was pretty noticeable. That's as far as the positives go. Where they sit over my ears , kinda burns every time I wear them and I measured my damn head before I bought them. My head is nowhere near big head size. Within a week's use they got a really nice long scratch right in the middle of the right lens and the left corner of the left lens.. I made the mistake of leaving them in my bag without the drawstring pouch with my keys.. So that's on me, but now I know they scratch easily. (My prescription glasses haven't in 4 years of use, but w/e). They were fine though and I still used them like that, it didn't bother me too much, I already payed the price. Then while in the pouch, they got smushed a little and both the nose bridge parts fxcking bent all weird. Again, they were fine, I just gently bent them back and used them a little crooked for a while. (My prescription glasses have been through this quite a few times too.) Dug right into my nose but they still worked right? Right, so after a while I tried straightening them out one more time and the fxcking right one snapped straight off the frame. (Mine never broke off, but again w.e) I'm sure they can be fixed, but was it really worth the price.? No. They're built weak as fxck. Maybe to some these flaws are minor to some, but not to me w that damn price. I have bought 3 euro metal frames from china that were more durable wt fxck.
