Didn’t receive the model I ordered

I’ve sent two emails and left two voicemail messages requesting an RMA# and no one has responded to me. I understand that you are likely down workers right now but you had no delay in taking my money - I think 1.5 weeks is more than enough time to respond to an email or voicemail.

I ordered the wrong thing so i submitted a ticket and called. I havent recieved a response yet, and ive been trying to cancel that order for 5 days

I purchased ground shipping and it was not even sent out to usps within 3 days. I contacted support about this issue expecting at least an explanation if not a refund for my shipping. However, no one even replied to me.

I have not received them.

Ordered my glasses and was promptly spammed with emails advertising other styles of frames and lenses before my order had even shipped. Glasses went unshipped for more than two weeks until I opened a PayPal dispute to try to get my money back. The morning after I opened the dispute I received the email telling me my order had shipped. Terrible buying experience, even accounting for delays caused by covid. Will not purchase from again.

Still don’t have the glasses and tracking link on shipping email doesn’t work. Not sure when I will receive the glasses.

I purchased two pairs of the BIT clip ons because I already wear try-focal glasses. with the virus lockdown my eyes were getting very sore and tired from all the extra computer face time. While they were one my glasses, my eyes were so relaxed. Unfortunately each pair only lasted about 5-6 days as they are so poorly constructed. I was able to get a refund of the first because I got them through Amazon. The second I got through Gunnar directly so........I'm waiting!!
