I was very disappointed in the entire online ordering experience. I applied for the discount code to be send to me. It arrrived over 12 hours later. I went ahead and ordered at full price because I desperately needed to replace my other Gunnar glasses originally bought at Game Stop. After paying full price I got a notice for shipment that will arrive 6-7 days after purchase. Holy smokes. I will now suffer a full week of migraines and pain for full price glasses while they slowly transit from CA to GA. I love the product but will go out of my way to purchase through a reseller in the future.

Paid $90 for the intercept version smh. Frames feel like $20 vans sunglasses, logo on side is cheap plastic. There’s a blue glare when blocking “blue light rays” and the outdoor tint barely works. The only thing I like is the shape of the glasses and the amber color works.

Hi Aaron, Sorry to hear your glasses aren't working out for you. The "glare" you are seeing is actually the blue light rays being reflected outwards, away from your eyes. Our glasses are primarily designed for indoor use, but we do offer a few options (like our sunglasses or transition lenses) better suited for outdoor use. Earlier orders better I've ordered several classes, prescription, blue blockers, and sunglasses. loved them all, the last set seems to have a dizzying effect or telescopic in reverse... (same prescription as other orders) not sure why. I've been too busy to inquire and just used my old glasses, again same prescription. Love the frames, hopefully when i have time i can inquire about what went wrong or change the lenses to something better. may just go elsewhere.

Website format difficult, nearly impossible to understand whether glasses would fit on wider heads like mine. I know there’s a lot of information there, but it’s not digestible for decision making. That last part is super important.

Well I signed up for emails and got a 20% off promo code that said it could be used on my first order. Then at checkout it said that the promo code could not be used. No fine print stating why.. Straight BS **UPDATE** Customer service reached out and honored my 20% off. Awesome customer service and response time.

The company failed to meet delivery time twice. I placed my order on 05/14. The fulfillment was expected to be completed by 5/30. On 05/30, they promised a tracking number. It is 06/12, and I barely got my tracking number. I'm disappointed, and upset because I asked for a cancellation multiple times.

Hi Nelson, To clarify, your glasses were entered 5/16 and shipped to our warehouse on 5/25 for packaging. Unfortunately, there was a delay in arrival from 5/25 from 6/12 due to some issues in shipping. We do sincerely apologize, but unfortunately it was not within our control. I would have done a 5 star review but i almost fell for bug in the website. I was being redirected to paypal and then back to the website and good thing i decided to look at the price because all the sudden it went from a 120$ purchase to a 400$ price. So somehow between the rederection, something happen that my ordered was multiplied by 3. So please be careful, checkouts are speedy now in days and this could have been a stressful situation.
