my son wanted a squared frame with Amber tint, he got a round frame with yellow tint glasses. He will leave for college next month and i have tried over 3 weeks to contact Gunnar Optiks and NO ONE RESPONDS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot return my item or get a refund. terrible experience. Bad enough my son cannot cross the stage for 2020 graduate.

Terrible. Worst purchase ever. 100$ object is costing me double. You might as well not even ship to another country. Id return if it wouldnt cost a forture to send back.

Good glasses, but their customer service is nonexistent, so make sure you get the right ones if you do order from then. Otherwise, make sure you give it a month to hear back from them. I heard back 20 some days later telling me they'd issue my refund, they were very nice and apologetic which is good. I was supposed to get an exchange but after 3 weeks of them having my glasses I figured I'd never get the new pair back.

I am trying to return glasses I purchased so I sent an email last Wednesday and have not heard back. Today I tried to call numerous times, and it brings me to a voicemail. It’s unbelievable that this company is able to take my money and send a product out the door, but the customer service is next to nonexistent. Please get in touch with me before I start spreading negative reviews all over, urging people NOT TO PURCHASE FROM GUNNAR. I thought this company was legitimate.

Welllllll to be completely honest at first they were good. (The first day) and then I really noticed I could see the reflection of my own eyes in the lens which then just bugged the crap out of me. Every time I blinked it was just a reminder. Cleaning the glasses with the alcohol strips I purchased just made the lens completely foggy and so irritating. I then contacted then company about getting a refund so I can put my money toward a decent pair for a little more money because you may as well spend it if you want the results you think you’re going to get but don’t...so again I contacted them twice a week ago and still nothing. Hope I can get my money back so I can go with a more reputable company.

Shipped to wrong address

Ordered two glasses, was notified on April 9th that they shipped, sent a tracking number and then after a week in transit no updates. My credit card has been charged and after contacting customer service both by chat (3 times) and voicemail (2 times) (no one was able to pick up my call due to COVID, which I understand) the only response has been via email saying we will look into it. I now have to contact my credit card company and dispute charges. Gunnar should have credited my account. Re-ship the glasses and pay for overnight delivery. Unacceptable.
