I'm currently waiting for my prescription glasses but found out my PD may have not been entered correctly. I had no idea between single PD vs dual PD so I assumed single PD was for each eye with the same value (vs dual for for two different values in eyes). Now I'm worried my new glasses will come with an incorrect PD and I won't be able to use them. I also submitted my PD using the tool at check out but I'm not sure how they were made since there's no info or status updates to confirm. No one reached out either to confirm so I'm in the dark until the glasses come in. I wish there were more checks, confirmations, updates during the making process to correct these issues before it's too late. Update: Got a response from Gunnar assuring me that I have options to correct this through their warranty if there's any issues.

I have been ordering and using Gunnar Optiks glasses for going on 15 years now. I ordered my first pair back in about 2010, when you had to scan and send in your prescription via email, after placing your order. I will continue to order from your company. You have a superior product, and as someone who works in IT, your product is very helpful in preventing eye strain headaches.

I accidentally set my order for my old address, but after an email, Gunnar got that fixed right up. I've been using these glasses for years now. I have one pair for work, and one for gaming (they fit better with a headset on) and these are a replacement for my old razer fps sunglasses. Always a great experience and amazing products
