As bad as it gets. Magnification completely wrong. Worthless.

I have tried to contact the company on several occasions via phone calls and emails but have yet to receive any response from them.

I have been thinking, if anyone met the same problems, and if it will be honest from me to give the 1-star rank, and I should say, that Gunnar doesn't deserve 1-star in everything, but for some reasons (which i will list below) I have to give that 1-star, because THIS IS JUST MY personal experience with Gunnar's product. I can't test scientifically and don't know about the quality of lenses (I have ONYX model) however, now I doubt even If i have to trust the company, which sells products for a reasonable price, and most of those products DOESN'T HAVE THE SIMPLEST, CHEAPEST and MOST BASIC ESSENTIAL functionality of the glass (which would have costed only 50 cents for the company): 1) Most of their computer (idk other kind) glasses doesn't have any comfortable rubber pads (or rubbered tips, even the cheapest 5-cent worth) on the place of your nose, instead thick, rough plastic, so your nose gets hard-pressed after 2-3 days. Look at image to understand: i.imgur(dot)com/2PHq01V.png I had to manually invent and buy some custom rubbers to put there, and I have had hard times making it myself! Even most of the cheap basic eyeglasses in the world has those pads! 2) On the areas of the ears, Gunnar's glasses DOESN'T have even the cheapest 5cent some mild material or rubber on its legs. ( Look at the image: i.imgur(dot)com/ojmjYx0.png ) the same rought hard-plastic is put on your ears, and even if you add headphones, it will pinch your ears in several days and causes really pain or discomfort. I had to invent something myself to roll over some material myself over those places to get relief. Even cheap glasses in markets DO HAVE those rubbers. 3) Drastically bad quality of plastic frames. First time, half year ago, broke the glass plastic in the center. Well, no-one should be blamed, if you try to put the glasses on face, and you put the legs a bit wider, like /‾‾‾\ instead of |‾‾‾| , the frame couldnt bear it and broke in the center ( i.imgur(dot)com/6fgrUOh.png ) . However, OK, I have welded that myself with hot flame. However, half year gone, and one day, when putting glasses on my face, the frame broke on another area, in the legs ! ( i.imgur(dot)com/ECHcRBP.jpg ) How harsh quality is the plastic, which isn't even plastic (the word "plastic" says itself), instead rough, low quality thing. 4) Another funny thing. Gunnar's glasses DOESN'T have any amortisation mechanisms on the legs ! ( i.imgur(dot)com/t0U4ePo.png ) It will be hardly bear any bending, every time fearing that it will break... and yeah, as I said, one day frame starts broking, because it also doesn't have any CHEAPEST amortisations and can't stand up against bending. IN ALL aspects and details the glasses were non-quality. THEY EVEN DON'T SHOW THE IMAGES OF THE GLASSES (FROM THE BACK-VIEW) ON THEIR WEBSITES, SO, CUSTOMERS MISS THOSE POINTS ON THEIR WEBSITES! Personally I, dis-recommend them for these reasons and I have no trust in them. I wish someone scientifically check their quality of LENSES too, I now doubt in lense-quality too.

I asked for a refund twice and never received any answer.

too complicated to get rx glasses need better coordination for special cases i should have gone to a registered partner optician; still it would have been too complicated, because my right eye operations have so weakened that eye i am getting cross eyed there and that could be better allowed for so as to help straighten the focus of that eye and train that eye not to drift its focus toward the left eye. packaging horrendous; they try to make it look like a gift. IT is not a gift. i paid a lot of money and put a lot of effort into coordinating the processes to get a PURCHASE. FOR GLASS -I WANT CASES, HARD PROTECTIVE CASES. NOT LAYERS AND LAYERS OF GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING AND GIFT PACKAGING ETC ETC ETC. JUST GIVE ME A GOOD HArd case and a cleaning cloth. i thought i ordered a cleaning kit. did not get it. got too tightly packed little cleaning cloths - btw i ordered 2 pair rx for about $500-bags and gift boxes and boxes for guft boxes and gift this and gift that and all sorts of garbage i do not know what to do with. stinking sales technique. i hate it. and their website needs more accuracy resuch orders and billing and shipping and tracking.

I bought the new Emery glasses and they arrived crooked. When I immediately contacted customer service they told me to go through the warranty and send them back. It is almost a month and I have not gotten them back. I wish I went through Amazon instead.
