Great customer Experience ownership. I had an issue where I purchased an item and then got a "2nd pair Deal" so the rep gave me a refund for some of the difference, which was great. The only thing that could have been better if that I was able to modify the previous order to cancel the 2nd pair I had in my original order and then add the "2nd Pair Deal" to get the full discount. I still have to return the 3rd pair that I don't want.

The glasses I ordered were exactly as described. My only issue was the communication with shipping. I didn’t receive an update on the shipping until 2 weeks after ordering. I had to reach out to get a response. I understand their can be delays but just need to notify when their are delays.

Placing the order was easy and the instructions on taking the needed measurements was pretty straightforward my only concern is the email I got stating my order was delivered when it has yet been and so I am hoping that can get cleared up.
