The prices and quality of the glasses were good. I got just what I ordered and the prescription was good. What I didn't enjoy, however, was the lack of communication. It took 4 weeks to receive my product, and reached out several times for updates with no response. When I finally did get an email back, I was told I would get an email with tracking info but didn't get anything until my glasses showed up at my door. If this is fixed I would highly recommend people to shop here.

This review is regarding the delivery and not the product. I paid extra for 2 day delivery, even with that I am getting it late at a normal delivery pace so paying extra was a waste.

First of all. I like the product and am a repeat customer. The shopping experience is pretty good but two minor nits (this time). The first is technical. The virtual try on doesn't always work. The camera comes on but no glasses overlayed on my face. Also it would also be nice if when I exit out of the try on if the camera would stop being accessed. The main issue however is with feedback on the status of my order. It was placed nearly a month ago and with no updates. It would have been nice to have been given a timeframe from the start so I know when to expect the order to arrive. Secondly, it wasn't until I inquired, via support, the status of my order that I received an update, within a few hours, that my order is being shipped. It has the feel of the order being stuck somewhere like on a shelf or a drawer and my inquiry prompted the investigation during which it was discovered the order is actually ready. Having said that I believe these issues are correctable and will likely continue to be a customer. This is maybe a one off as my other shopping experiences have been good.

There are many frames to select from and the prices are very reasonable. I also liked the lens options. I do wish there was a little more variation in the frame styles. Many of the frames were not available in the different lens options. The virtual try on function was helpful and the checkout experience was simple and quick.
