The glasses were expensive and when they arrived, they did not fit. The dimensions were different than described and the try on feature on line did not reflect what was actual. Now i have to waste time shipping them back.

I ordered a Gunnar PPK and could not be more disappointed by this product. The glasses itself only have a very small area in the center where I can see sharp. Looking through them directly around this sweet spot already makes everything blur to an uncomfortable level. Furthermore the frame is probably the worst designed frame I've ever seen for a pair of glasses. Faces aren't symmetrical and this frame doesn't have ANY way to account for that. The only possible adjustment are the nosepads with which you change how high the glasses sit on your nose. So this pair would be constantly tilted and hanging diagonally on your face if your ears aren't perfectly horizontal, which they did. I took the rough approach and bent the frame myself as much as it allowed me without breaking to get the correct fit and the results were as already written above. Even after fitting it, the experience is bad. They're not sharp in a big enough area, the earpieces aren't angled which makes the glasses constantly touch my eyebrows and bending it to fit as far as possible made me not even consider requesting a refund because that's definately out of the question now as this cheap frame scratches easily and doesn't have the flexibility for to be bent. An absolute waste of money. Don't get these.

I ordered a pair of Ellipse computer glasses and they had a bent frame. Luckily, with my free warranty, I was able to send them back to get them exchanged. The bad part is, after I sent them back to be exchanged, they did not contact me to let me know they’d received them. I also had so much trouble getting ahold of anyone on the support team to let me know the status of my exchange order. They also didn’t send me my new glasses until 1 month later. And it gets worse... This “new” exchanged pair, I’m pretty sure is the exact same pair I sent to be exchanged, because the frame is still bent the exact same way as it was before. I’m not sending them back, I’m just going to take them to another store to be fixed since Gunnars can’t seem to fix their own glasses...

I RECEIVED MY ORDER QUICKLY BUT ONE OF WHAT I ORDER IS VERY SMALL AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER I WANT TO RETURN AND I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ANSWER MY EMAILS OR MY CALLS VERY BAD SERVICE

2 days after receiving my order my son scratched the lense. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks. I have called. I have Facebook posted. I have left 5 voice mail messages. I have Facebook instant messaged. I can not get a hold of anyone. So for that I will be buying replacement ones and using a different company. All I wanted was to speak to someone. Nothing. No one. Awful.

Streak free my ass. I tried theses wipes and it gave my glasses streaks everytime. and after washing them off the streaks are still there! Dont use this product

Order is currently sitting in destination country for over a week, called and emailed customer service and no response. Looks like I spent over $100 for nothing.
